Welcome! To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all our guests and you, we ask that you adhere to the following rules and regulations. Thank you for your cooperation! Everyone is a guest, always be a decent human being and there will never be an issue. We love people and we love sharing our slice of paradise with others.
1. **Quiet Hours**: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Music must be low and noninvasive to your neighbor. If asked to turn your music down, you MUST comply, what an acceptable music level is determined by your neighbors not you. Children must be at your site at dark, no exceptions.
2. **Golf carts** are allowed only where POV’s are allowed and are not allowed on hiking trails or off road for any reason.
3. **Speed Limit**: The speed limit within the park is 5 mph. Please drive slowly and watch for pedestrians and pets.
4. **Site Maintenance**: Please keep your site clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles. You can modify your site WITH SPECIFIC PERMISSION at your cost and any modifications are to be left on site when you leave.
5. **Fire Safety**: Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits only. Please ensure fires are always attended and completely extinguished before leaving the area.
6. **Alcohol Consumption**: Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Please drink responsibly and be considerate of other guests. Any belligerent behavior will not be tolerated towards guests or owners. Abusive, rude, loud, or threatening language or actions will result you being asked to leave. Everyone will always treat everyone with respect and decency. It is the camper’s responsibility to control their guests.
7. **No hunting of any kind is allowed on the property. The cutting of trees is not allowed. The dragging of dead limbs around is not allowed.
8. **ATVs off the trailer are not allowed on the property.
1. **Leash Policy**: Pets must be always kept on a leash when outside of your RV. Please do not allow pets to roam freely. Pets may NOT be tied outside when you are away from your RV.
2. **Clean Up**: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Please dispose of waste in designated trash bins.
3. **Noise Control**: Pets should not disturb other guests. Excessive barking or noise may result in a request to remove the pet from the park.
4. **Aggressive Behavior**: Aggressive pets are not permitted. If a pet displays aggressive behavior, the owner may be asked to leave the park. The pet must leave immediately upon the incident.
5. **Pet-Friendly Areas**: Pets are welcome in designated areas. Lake, Cave, Hiking trails.
1. **Visitor Policy**: Guests are welcome to have limited day visitors. Guests are only allowed to hike and fish in your presence. You are responsible for guests.
2. **Vehicle Parking**: Only two vehicle per site is allowed.
3. **Prohibited Items**: The following items are not allowed in the park: fireworks, firearms, illegal substances, and any items that may disturb the peace of the campground. We have a large cattle herd, and fireworks are never allowed.
4. **Respect for Nature**: Please do not disturb wildlife or vegetation. Leave natural areas as you found them. Mushroom hunting, Indian artifact hunting, ginseng hunting or fossil hunting is only allowed by permission per occasion from the owners. Any teasing or molestation of our cattle at any time will not be tolerated.
5. **Management Rights**: Management reserves the right to modify any rule at any time without specific notification. Management reserves the right to evict any guest who does not comply with park rules or who engages in disruptive behavior. This is a resort community and will be treated as such with respect for all. Everyone is a guest, always be a decent human being and there will never be an issue. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable.
